【 Indications 】
 
This product is suitable for the treatment of the following infection symptoms caused by sensitive bacteria:
 
1. For acute pharyngitis, acute tonsillitis caused by pyogenic streptococcus, and acute attack of sinusitis, acute otitis media, acute bronchitis and chronic bronchitis caused by sensitive bacteria.
 
2. For the pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, influenzae and mycoplasma pneumoniae.
 
3. For urethritis, cervicitis and pelvic inflammation caused by chlamydia and non-multi-drug resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and for simple genital infection caused by non-multi-drug resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae (excluding the co-infection of spirochete).
 
4. Used for skin and soft tissue infection caused by sensitive bacteria.
 
[Administration Instructions]
 
1. This medicine should be taken orally 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
 
2. Azithromycin injection is not suitable for intramuscular injection. A single intravenous infusion should not be less than 60 minutes, and the concentration of the infusion solution should not be higher than 2mg/ml.
 
3. Solution preparation: fully dissolve azithromycin with appropriate amount of water for injection into 100mg/ml solution, and then add 250ml or 500ml 0.9% Sodium chloride injection or 5% Glucose injection, and finally prepare 1-2mg/ml intravenous drip.
 
4. If allergic reaction occurs during treatment, stop taking the medicine immediately. As with other antibiotics, attention should be paid to the symptoms of double infection caused by non-sensitive bacteria, including fungi. If diarrhea symptoms occur, it should be considered whether there is pseudomemmembranous enteritis. If diagnosis is established, the drug should be stopped immediately and corresponding treatment measures should be taken, including maintaining water and electrolyte balance and replenishing protein, etc.
 
5. If drug overdose occurs, gastric lavage or general supportive therapy can be used.

(1) It is prohibited for people who are allergic to this product, erythromycin or any other macrolide drugs.
 
(2) The advantages and disadvantages of pregnant women should be fully weighed; The application to lactating women should be carefully considered; The efficacy and safety of the treatment of otitis media, community-acquired pneumonia, and pharyngitis or tonsillitis in children less than 6 months of age have not been established.
 
(3) There is no need for dose adjustment in patients with mild renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate >40ml/min), but it should be used with caution in patients with more severe renal insufficiency.
 
(4) Because the hepatobiliary system is the main way for the excretion of this product, it should be used with caution in patients with liver dysfunction and should not be used in patients with severe liver disease. Liver function was followed up regularly during medication.
 
(5) Eating can affect the absorption of azithromycin, so it should be taken orally 1h before or 2h after meals.
 
(6) If allergic reactions (such as angioneurotic edema, skin reaction, StevensJohnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrosis, etc.) occur during medication, the drug should be stopped immediately and appropriate measures should be taken.
